A popular option for first-timers, the PADI “Discover Scuba” program pairs you with a personal instructor who will keep you safe and be your guide to the underwater world. Typical sequence includes:

Beginner Prep

Includes video and hands on orientation to help you understand the basics of the equipment and safety before getting in the water.

Pool Practice

Unlimited time in the pool so you can build confidence before your first real dive.

Guided Diving

Package includes one guided dive experience at one of our many safe dive sites. Additional dives may be added.

Morning boat ride from Speyside and two tank dives on site. Snacks, fruit, drinks included. 4 person minimum.
Sisters (2-Tank Dive) $225

Morning boat ride from Speyside and two tank dives on site. Snacks, fruit, drinks included. 4 person minimum. Alternatively we can pick up divers at the Parlatuvier jetty if preferred.

Tobago Dive Experience is one of the few dive operators on the island to regularly visit both St. Giles & Sisters.

You may have a chance to see mantas, hammerhead sharks and much, much more!

These dives are weather dependent and usually require you to be an experienced or advanced diver.

 Verified Fantastic dive operation and phenomenal dive sites.
These guys are pros. We took our kids 12,15,18 who only had their open water and were low on confidence. Swiss, Ricardo and Sean took them (and us) and over 8 glorious fives really improved their confidence They are a great outfit and as a pretty experienced recreational diver I would be happy to go with these guys any day.

This was one of, if not the best experience i have done so far in my life, The location and dive sites are incredible and an amazing place to learn like i just did. All of the dive crew were exceptional and incredibly friendly and talented, with a big shoutout to mikey who was my diving instructor, an amazing human being with so much knowledge and experienced.  Verified A Hidden Gem for Divers
Great dive sites, wonderful competent people, and a spectacular location. Sean and his crew run a great operation with accommodation and meals available. We stayed off site, but ate here and the food was delicious. The reefs in Speyside are very healthy and the marine life is abundant. The only drawback is the surface conditions - very rough at least at this time of year. Despite this the visibility was great. Overall, in my opinion, it compares favorably with some of the best dive locations around the world.

The team at Tobago Dive Experience were great. They were incredibly knowledgable and professional, always making sure we knew what we were seeing and remained safe. Mikey was especially great and very patient with us, especially on those first few dives. The reefs off Speyside were extraordinary - a must see if on Tobago!

 Verified Great diving and super knowledgeable local dive masters.
Had a great week diving with TDE. Good equipment, well maintained and the local dive masters (Ricardo, Kiki, Mottley, Jonny) all super knowledgeable and experienced. Some of the best reefs and drift dives I’ve done in 20 years. Also big shout out to Boat Captain, Lappy, who powers the dive boat through the atlantic waves and swell like a Jedi master knowing where the waves are going before they do. Got picked up and dropped off every morning from the pier at Blue Waters Inn where we stayed (BWI don’t have their own dive shop anymore) so was like having a personal dive chauffeur service! Docked one point as dive boat only has a climbing ladder which is a bit difficult for getting out in the swell, otherwise excellent.

This was absolutely the most fun and informative diving experience I've ever encountered in my diving career! Motley Marvin and Ricardo are exceptional dive master trainers and deliver the most fun and enthusiastic experience while staying true to the actual life lessons required to keep you SAFE and AWARE when scuba diving and their calm warm attitudes ease the tension and anxiety immeasurably which actually let you enjoy the experience and absorb the life lessons required beyond training and certification! I highly recommend you as a trainer and wouldn't consider learning with anyone else!
